Kelly received her BA in Political Science from West Virginia University in 1991, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.  Kelly went on to graduate from West Virginia University College of Law in 1994, where she was Editor of Articles for Law Review and was published in the 1994 Coal Edition.  Since graduating in 1994, Kelly has spent over twenty (20) years practicing law in West Virginia, representing clients in various areas of the law.  Kelly has recovered millions of dollars for clients who have been injured by the negligence of others.  Kelly’s commitment to helping injured people and holding corporations and people who injure others accountable, is well represented in her work over two decades.

tamaraTAMARA BLACKMER WILLIAMSON

A proud graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, Attorney Tamara Blackmer Williamson has been a judicial law clerk for the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, a litigation associate for a prominent West Virginia defense firm, and most recently worked as an associate for an international labor and employment defense firm before joining the Law Offices of Kelly R. Reed in January, 2016. Tamara uses her education and background to advocate for victims of workplace discrimination, medical malpractice, and personal injury, as well as to represent clients in divorce, child custody, and criminal proceedings.
